#3 in series – Optimal health is doable, really! Water

~Water makes up between 55 and 60 percent of your weight but it cannot store it, so replenishing often is crucial to removing toxins, hydrating organs and systems to function properly.

Since excess toxins are stored in our fat cells, it is hugely important to flush those out of our bodies.
Ideal intake is 1/2 of your weight in ounces. I try to make sure I drink that early in the day so I am not kept up all night going to the restroom.
Plus it is fun to play with water too!
