#5 in series – Optimal health is doable, really! Sleep!

Ah, Sleep. Nature’s nurse. Getting enough sleep so our bodies can repair helps keep us operating optimally.
Try to stay on a schedule will help tremendously as will keeping electronics out of the bedroom.
Do you have a cozy, inviting atmosphere?
Relaxing baths with Epsom Salt can be so soothing.
Limiting alcohol seems to help balance our blood sugars to sleep through the night.
