When we feel better, we move more. When we move more, we feel better. Walking at least 20 minutes 3 times a week is all it takes to make sure we are getting enough blood pumping through our heart and other organs.
You can’t out exercise a bad diet. It really is about calories in, calories out. You would need to run a marathon to lose 2 pounds and since muscle weighs more than fat, it would take working out about 2 1/2 – 3 hours a day to consistently lose 2-5 lbs a week. Making sure you are re-fueling every 2 -3 hours and no longer than 4 insures that we don’t burn muscle.
